Returns/Exchange Policy

Trendy Tails Pet Boutique always wants a satisfied pooch. If the item you have purchased is the wrong size or just not quite what you expected, please feel free to call or email with a reason for the return. We will accept the return as long as it has the original packaging, tag still in place, and of course is still in new condition. Please make your return within 30 days of purchase. Some custom items may not be returned unless there is a problem with the manufacturing of the item. When returning the item, please use a reputable shipper and you should consider insurance on the item. Please allow for shipping and processing time for your credit. Rest assured we work very hard selecting quality merchandise and you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that no dog toy is indestructible.
